About us
The capitan grande descendants council (independent) page on traumacare online will serve as a cultural and emotional healing bridge — connecting our people’s lived experiences of displacement, loss, and resilience to guided, trauma-informed storytelling. Our goal is to provide a safe, indigenous-centered space for descendants to reclaim their voices, write their own histories, and speak truth to the intergenerational impacts of land dispossession and erasure.
Our goals
We aim to provide downloadable tools — family lineage charts, self-help guides, storytelling prompts, and foia templates — so that individuals can navigate both emotional and bureaucratic healing. We empower survivors to find their records, their names, and their place in history. TraumaCare Online is different because it is built on the belief that healing is not only personal — it is ancestral, communal, and land-based.
